Facilitate were engaged to manage the delivery of the new HQ of Washington H. Soul Pattinson (WHSP) relocation project. After 112 years in their former office, WHSP moved to the new Barrack Place development at 151 Clarence Street – a sustainable, commercial office building incorporating the latest technology and targeting a 5-Star NABERS Energy rating.
Traditionally a pharmaceutical company, WHSP now invests in a large number of companies across a variety of industries.
The highly detailed, 1,200 sqm fitout was completed over twelve weeks. The primary focus of the space was to retain the old site’s heritage features. The clay bricks on the ceilings and walls, reference the old sites structures while maintaining contemporary design.
