Facilitate were appointed by Fidelity International to manage the relocation of their Sydney office to Sixty Martin Place – a prestigious, new, 6 star Green Star building positioned at the top of historic Martin Place with expansive view of the Sydney harbour.
The result is a contemporary space that positions Fidelity with the agility to embrace a more agile and resilient way of working – with subtle references to past traditions.
Despite travel restrictions due to COVID and time zone differences from Australia to Hong Kong, China and UK, the team worked effectively through different modes of technology. In terms of commitment to ensure the project was delivered successfully, there was strong collaboration between global and local teams, and a very positive adaptation of approach to cope with the challenging constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic.
