Building on our long standing relationship with Xero, Facilitate recently delivered their new 7500sqm Melbourne office incorporating integrated build and office fitout. Spanning four levels, Xero’s modern new offices pair open-plan workspaces with premium client spaces producing a sustainable, collaborative and innovative work environment.

The fitout challenges the traditional floorplan of office silos synonymous with the Technology and finance sectors and embraces collaborative, flexible working and a café style culture the main feature of this project was the switchback Staircase connecting all of the floors.
