Founder and Principal of Facilitate Corporation. Rob graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and minoring in Law.
Having worked for both professional Real Estate firms and Interior Design organisations, Rob took a view that there were few Project Management firms that understood both the real estate / construction component in sufficient detail to provide an all-encompassing service.

Rob founded Facilitate Corporation in 1999 to provide a managed build service to US and European multi-nationals as they expanded into the Asia-Pacific market. The business has grown organically and is now represented in USA and EMEA to complement its Asia-Pacific presence.

From the commencement of his career, Michael learned valuable on-site and managerial skills by working for a top tier building company. From there, his experience escalated whilst working as a freelance subcontractor managing construction sites and project delivery.

Michael has gained and developed core skills in project & design management, cost management, contractor/ consultant management. Michael has the ability to maintain strong and consistent working relationships with all members of the construction team during the project. He drives his team for quality keeping in mind the client’s overall scope, so that every project is up to the highest standard upon completion.

Mike has over 40 years of experience in the construction and corporate real estate industry, with the last 20 years in Asia. Based in Singapore with extensive travel to Japan and North Asia to support Facilitate’s client base, Mike sets the strategic direction of the company and formulates the approach to the marketplace.

Prior to joining Facilitate, Mike was the Executive Managing Director of BGIS (a Brookfield Company) and prior to this with Cushman & Wakefield PDS division in Asia Pacific. He was also the founder and CEO of his own business PSG Asia in 2004 which was subsequently sold to Cushman & Wakefield in 2013.

Mike also worked for Lendlease for 27 years where he was able to develop his skills and experience and held various senior positions including Branch Manager in Perth, Country Head in Hong Kong and Operations Manager in Singapore.

Throughout his career in Architecture, Ed has developed extensive experience spanning design, project management, cost management, business development, and senior leadership. At Facilitate, Ed is responsible for strategically growing the company’s presence across the Americas. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Ed is a people-person at his core, who leads his projects and teams with an equal dose of empathy and enthusiasm.

Attending Auburn University, he attained degrees in both Business Administration and Architecture, with further design-build studies at Auburn's renowned Rural Studio. His background in architecture and design led him to join San Francisco-based Rapt Studio in 2010. In over a decade with Rapt, Ed rose to Principal and Director of Business Development where he cultivated a broad client roster (Twitter, Dropbox, Lyft, LinkedIn, IBM, Trulia) and several award-winning projects recognized by Fast Company, Dwell, ArchDaily and the NYCxDESIGN Awards, among others.

At Facilitate, Ed brings a continued commitment to building thoughtful workplaces that not only spotlight brand and design thinking, but elevate human experience and company culture.

Tom is MRICS & MCIOB qualified with 20 years of property experience encompassing design, construction, building surveying and the corporate leasing/facilities arena with direct project delivery on behalf of multiple occupier clients. A member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with a wide range of experience in the commercial property industry in Europe, Oceania and APAC.

As Principal EMEA, Tom helps to lead Facilitate’s expansion into Europe.

Tom’s focus is consulting with corporate real estate professionals from large multinational organisations who have expansion requirements in EMEA. He seeks to understand their capital plans and organisational goals and to develop flexible design and construction management solutions to respond to their changing global real estate needs. Once engaged, Tom continues to guide the project through to completion.

With 28 years of experience in the commercial interior design industry, Michelle has developed an impressive client base, both locally and across the region. Her forte lies in the areas of client representation, project programming, risk mitigation, project and design management, and strategic planning.

As Project Director and Client Representative for international organizations across various locations, Michelle has an innate proven ability to understand, anticipate and balance project mandates, client requirements and key expectations. She is skilled in delivery of budget-driven and time-critical projects. Her focus is project execution that integrates client design expectations with operational efficiencies. Her passion for delivering successful fit-outs and effective design is reflected in her approach to governance, and management of consultant and construction teams.

Wai Kok has more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and construction. He has overall operational accountability of all projects in Asia and his responsibilities include oversee costs for all projects, overseeing project objectives and milestones, and ensuring designs meet the expectations of both the client and end users.

Wai Kok is based in Singapore, and regularly travels throughout the region, maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Prior to joining Facilitate Corporation, Wai Kok was the Director (Real Estate & Construction) for Google APAC and also held senior positions with Cushman and Wakefield and PSG.

With over 20 years working within Client Relations and Business Development in the corporate interiors space Amy is highly respected both within the industry and by her peers.

Based in San Francisco, Amy’s reach extends globally to provide a seamless partnership for international corporations as they expand through different regions.Amy partners with our clients to ensure their expectations for the project are met, always keeping the communication channels open and providing valuable insight into industry standards.

Amy’s focus is helping US based clients grow in North America and around the world and is well placed to do so from her previously held roles such as Senior Associate and the Client Relationship Director for the Northwest Region of the US at Gensler and VP for the JLL Project Development & Management Services group.

Toby has worked extensively within the design and interiors industry over the last 15 years throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Experienced in helping global brands create high-performing spaces, he has assisted multinational organizations in enhancing and optimizing the productivity of their people and teams to support the achievement of key business results.

Based in Singapore, Toby provides high-level client services, building and maintaining strong working relationships, and ensuring consistent service delivery across projects. Closely collaborating with the design and delivery teams, Toby ensures timely and effective communication between all stakeholders is maintained.

Jasmine has operational accountability on procurement, contracts and quantity surveying across all projects in Asia. Key objectives of her role are to manage costs for all projects, ensure designs meet expectations and mitigate contractual risk for all parties involved in the process.

Her responsibilities include project management, contract administration, negotiation and tender analysis, procurement and quantity surveying and estimating, which enables her to multi-task and have full knowledge on projects while leading and training key staff to excel in this area.

Throughout her career, Jasmine has completed large scale, turn-key projects across APAC and the Middle East.

Stephen is a motivated and personable Project Manager, using his 15 years of experience in the commercial design and build industry to great effect in the protection of client’s interests. With a keen eye for design, Stephen has an inbuilt sense of what represents value for money. Construction management, programming and risk mitigation are further skills acquired over many years of delivery for clients such as Merkle, MeiraGTX, Periscopix, Rocketfuel, W20 and Eventbrite as well as many Institutional and Asset Manager clients.

Stephen is comfortable with coordination of the whole project life cycle; contract management and administration as well as procurement and procurement advice are key parts of the role.

Jo is an interdisciplinary Design &Client Manager with experience in the design, management and delivery of workplace projects. She has a detailed understanding of all project phases; from initial programming and concepts to construction completion.

Jo began her studies in biochemistry and life sciences before discovering her passion for interior design. Her design career is wide-ranging and spans three continents informing her broad global perspective and design sensibility.

Jo is extremely service driven and strives to go above and beyond client expectations at all times. Her passion for design, strong communication and organisational skills and strong client relationships are key factors to the on-going success of her projects and her team.
