Rob is the Founder and Principal of Facilitate Corporation. A graduate of Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a minor in Law, Rob has a unique perspective shaped by his experience in both professional real estate firms and interior design organisations. Recognising a gap in the market for project management firms that truly understood the intricate details of both real estate and construction, he set out to create a comprehensive, client-focused solution.

In 1999, Rob established Facilitate Corporation to deliver managed build services to U.S. and European multinationals expanding into the Asia-Pacific market. Under his leadership, the company has grown organically, expanding its global footprint with representation in the USA and EMEA, complementing its strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

As CEO, Michael leverages a career built on leadership and a deep understanding of the construction industry to inspire and guide high-performing teams. Starting his journey with hands-on roles at a leading construction company, he quickly gained managerial expertise and a reputation for excellence. He later advanced his skills as a freelance subcontractor, where he led teams in managing construction sites and delivering projects successfully.

Michael’s leadership is defined by his ability to foster strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. With expertise in project and design management, cost control, and contractor/consultant coordination, he empowers his teams to achieve exceptional results. Dedicated to cultivating a culture of excellence, Michael drives his organization to consistently deliver projects of the highest quality while maintaining strong client relationships and team cohesion.

Tom is a highly experienced property professional with over 20 years in the industry, holding MRICS and MCIOB qualifications. His expertise spans design, construction, building surveying, and the corporate leasing and facilities sector, with hands-on project delivery for multiple occupier clients. As a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Tom has a broad range of experience in the commercial property industry across Europe, Oceania, and APAC.

In his role as Principal EMEA, Tom plays a key part in leading Facilitate’s expansion into Europe. He works closely with corporate real estate professionals from large multinational organisations, focusing on their expansion needs across the EMEA region. By understanding their capital plans and organizational objectives, Tom develops tailored design and construction management solutions to address their evolving global real estate requirements.

With 28 years of experience in the commercial interior design industry, Michelle has built an extensive client portfolio both locally and regionally. Her expertise spans client representation, project programming, risk mitigation, project and design management, and strategic planning.

As a Project Director and Client Representative for international organizations across diverse locations, Michelle has a proven ability to understand, anticipate, and balance project mandates, client requirements, and key expectations. She excels in delivering budget-conscious and time-critical projects, ensuring seamless execution that aligns client design aspirations with operational efficiencies. Michelle’s passion for successful fit-outs and impactful design is evident in her meticulous approach to governance and her ability to lead consultant and construction teams to deliver outstanding results.

Wai Kok brings over 25 years of expertise in corporate real estate and construction, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across the Asia-Pacific region. As a senior leader, he holds overall operational accountability for all projects in Asia, including cost management, achievement of project objectives and milestones, and ensuring that designs align with the expectations of both clients and end users.

Based in Singapore, Wai Kok maintains close relationships with clients across the region, traveling regularly to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.

Before joining Facilitate Corporation, Wai Kok served as Director of Real Estate & Construction for Google APAC and held senior leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield and PSG, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted expert in the industry.

With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Nick has held senior leadership roles across design management, construction, and land development. Beginning his career as an architect at one of Australia’s largest architectural firms in Melbourne, he developed a comprehensive skill set that enabled him to transition into executive roles at leading construction firms across Sydney and New South Wales.

Nick first collaborated with Facilitate from 2015 to 2018, playing a key role in delivering high-profile projects for global organizations such as X (formally Twitter), RSM, Xero, and Nutanix. Recognized for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, optimize project outcomes, and drive operational excellence, he brings a strategic approach to complex project execution.

After relocating to the United States, Nick joined BSD, a general contracting firm in San Diego, where he further expanded his expertise in construction management. Now rejoining Facilitate, he applies his extensive experience in client-side project management to lead teams and oversee major developments across the U.S. His leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

With over 20 years of experience in Client Relations and Business Development within the corporate interiors industry, Amy is widely regarded as a trusted professional, both by her peers and within the sector.

Based in San Francisco, Amy’s expertise extends globally, facilitating seamless partnerships for international corporations navigating regional expansions. She works closely with clients to ensure their project expectations are met, maintaining open communication and providing strategic insights into industry standards and best practices.

Amy specializes in supporting U.S.-based clients as they grow within North America and internationally. Her extensive experience includes senior leadership roles such as Senior Associate and Client Relationship Director for the Northwest Region at Gensler, and Vice President for JLL’s Project Development & Management Services group, equipping her with a deep understanding of client needs and the complexities of global project delivery.

Toby has worked extensively within the design and interiors industry over the last 15 years throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Experienced in helping global brands create high-performing spaces, he has assisted multinational organizations in enhancing and optimizing the productivity of their people and teams to support the achievement of key business results.

Based in Singapore, Toby provides high-level client services, building and maintaining strong working relationships, and ensuring consistent service delivery across projects. Closely collaborating with the design and delivery teams, Toby ensures timely and effective communication between all stakeholders is maintained.

Jasmine holds operational accountability for procurement, contracts, and quantity surveying across all projects in Asia. Her primary objectives include managing project costs, ensuring designs align with client expectations, and mitigating contractual risks for all stakeholders involved in the process.

Her comprehensive responsibilities encompass project management, contract administration, negotiation, tender analysis, procurement, and quantity surveying. This multifaceted expertise enables her to maintain a holistic understanding of each project while effectively leading and mentoring key staff to excel in their roles.

Throughout her career, Jasmine has successfully delivered large-scale, turn-key projects across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, demonstrating her expertise in handling complex and high-profile initiatives.

Stephen is a highly driven and personable Project Manager with 15 years of experience in the commercial design and build industry. Known for his commitment to protecting clients’ interests, Stephen combines a keen eye for design with a strong understanding of value for money. His expertise includes construction management, project programming, and risk mitigation, honed through successful delivery for clients such as Merkle, MeiraGTX, Periscopix, Rocketfuel, W20, and Eventbrite, as well as numerous institutional and asset management clients.

Stephen excels in managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial coordination to completion. His responsibilities encompass contract management and administration, as well as procurement and providing strategic procurement advice, making him an invaluable asset to any project team.

Jo is an interdisciplinary Design &Client Manager with experience in the design, management and delivery of workplace projects. She has a detailed understanding of all project phases; from initial programming and concepts to construction completion.

Jo began her studies in biochemistry and life sciences before discovering her passion for interior design. Her design career is wide-ranging and spans three continents informing her broad global perspective and design sensibility.

Jo is extremely service driven and strives to go above and beyond client expectations at all times. Her passion for design, strong communication and organisational skills and strong client relationships are key factors to the on-going success of her projects and her team.
